As we recently reported, 2015 comes loaded with new features for the next wedding season and our cuisine is no exception. For the new season, our chef is offering a wide range of menus for receptions where special importance is given to distinctive products of our cuisine and our local produce.
Some of the novelties that wedding guests will be able to taste this new year will be Cod trunk with clams, olive bruschetta, semi-dry tomatoes and candied artichokes, Iberian pork sirloins with tous dels tilers cream, raspberry chutney, asparagus minestrone, cherry tomatoes and potatoes or three fish with Sant Carles prawns with parsley and lemon sauce.
