Meritxell Montserrat, cake designer at Mericakes, is passionate about cooking. She studied bakery at the prestigious Hofmann School, in Barcelona, and later at Sugarcraft with recognized national and international professionals.
In addition, she is the editor of the best national publication on confectionery: Sugartremens.
Mericakes, the atelier of creative high quality pastry, opened in 2008. Pies and cakes for special occasions (weddings, events, anniversaries…) with exclusive designs, cupcakes of all kinds, flavours and sizes, custom biscuits.
In addition, Mericakes has the Sugarcraft school, where courses for both beginners, who want to learn the basics, and professionals, who want to master techniques, are taught.
