Last Friday, 19 February, the Pan de Masa Lenta MUM (slow bread), the bread of those who know how to wait, was presented at Mas de Sant Lleí.
After having lunch in the Sant Esteve dining room, around 200 bakers from all over Spain endorsed its presentation in the Santa Justa dining room.
A dais and a runway built with pallets presided over the hall, in which wood and orange, the colour chosen for the new brand, predominated. Outside the manor house, different showrooms were set up to complete the set and staging.
Pan de Masa Lenta MUM contains a blend of wheat-based dough, which gives it an unmistakable flavour and aroma. The result is a crisper and more durable bread, which is already on sale in selected bakeries throughout Spain.
