Last January of 2018, Mas de Sant LLeí gave the last goodbye to the kitchen that has given gastronomic service, to more than 3,000 events, in recent years.
Mas de Sant LLeí starts the year with a big bet. Complete remodelling of the space dedicated to gastronomic elaboration, incorporating lighting project, new machinery and more power, to always offer the best to all our customers.
In the decisions of design of the space of the kitchen, it has taken into account, the practicality and the incorporation of new machinery for the elaboration of foods with current culinary techniques as, the cooking at low temperature, the incorporation of a coal oven for specific cooking with all the Mediterranean flavour…
At the end of last year 2017, the kitchen team led by chef Dani Bogunyà, created the new gastronomic proposals that will be present at this year’s celebrations and part of 2019. The executive team was very aware of what the new kitchen was going to be like, creating simultaneously the gastronomic proposals and the design of the space, as well as making decisions about the elements that should be in this new space.
Nowadays, everything is progressing in an accelerated way, we live in a time of constant changes and the management of Mas de Sant LLeí is aware that to occupy a privileged place in the events sector, it is very important to be up to date and to always offer the maximum value in all aspects of the celebration. And in this sense, gastronomy remains the central axis.

Mas group includes Mas de Sant LLeí (private weddings and celebrations at the estate located in Vilanova del Vallès), Sant LLeí Catering (external events for individuals and companies) and Sant LLeí Events (corporate events).
