Vilanova, 10th of April, 2018-. The last 5th of April, 2018, an event organized to make known Sant LLeí Events (Corporate and Institutional Events) Sant LLeí Catering (Specialized in corporate events) took place on the emblematic Mas de Sant LLeí -Santlleiexperience- estate.
More than 120 attendees, companies and agencies of the events sector could live this experience that took place between 5pm and 10pm last Thursday.
The company organizing the event, Mas de Sant Llei, Sant Llei Events and Catering Sant LLeí, carried out this spectacular staging, working in teams and with maximum coordination while taking care with exquisite taste about all the details.
Mas team formulated, The Sant LLeí experience, through various moments that would be developed throughout the day, so that all attendees could live all the moments of “The Sant Llei experience.”
A great staging, which certainly did not go unnoticed by all those who participated in this Fam Trip.
Attendees embarked in Plaza Catalunya towards Mas de Sant LLeí with the collaboration of Autocares Padrós. On arrival, accreditations with the Hostesses of Mas de Sant Lleí, previous step to the impressive photocall “LOVE EVENTS” while the actors of Milnotes and zancudos of the company Todozancos gave the welcome until passing to the room of Sant Esteve, where the presentation began from the charismatic and motivational, Victor Küppers “Live with enthusiasm”. Küppers personally greeted each of them and subsequently offered a hyper positive injection based on the importance of the attitude towards personal and professional life. After Küppers, the Humanside Company had prepared an exclusive activity specially designed for this “Wine creation” event that took place in the Santa Justa room. Wine tasting of three grape varieties, Tempranillo, Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon to familiarize yourself with the sensations of these and thus be able to create your own wine. The grape varieties were given adjectives so that the participants could mix the grape varieties by choosing the proportions based on the sensations that had been transmitted to them, “The Sant LLeí experience.”

The activity “Wine Creation” was followed by a spectacular cocktail, on the impressive terrace of Sant Esteve, delicious gastronomic tastings, presented throughout the space, buffet-style and corner, designed with exquisite taste, taking care of each one of the details that left all the attendees surprised. Lighting of the exterior and interior space with the collaboration of Ilsotec and Albaladejo, floral creativity by Cicas, furniture from the Mas de Sant Lleí estate… They set up an elegant and exclusive space full of moments to enjoy. Enjoy the gastronomy of Sant LLeí Catering, the live music of Carmen Porcar, the promoters; actors, mosquitoes and the balloon, Globuscontiki Company, which placed on the helideck of Sant Esteve next to the Swan Lake, to enjoy the farm from the air. A captive flight that all attendees could upload. At the same time that on the cocktail terrace there were chefs in action, mixologists, molecular experience, health food and the chromatic photocall of Humanside.- with photographs of the space that could be selected, according to their preferences.
The outstanding staging of the Mas de Sant LLeí Group did not go unnoticed by companies and agencies that requested different presentations for their future events, as well as the contact of the suppliers and collaborators of this Fam Trip.
Spaces of striking colors made by Audiovisuart were distributed throughout the space, appearing in all the organized moments.

The success of this first edition Santlleiexperience, as well as in most of the events that are organized, lies in the conceptualization of the ideas, in the proper development of these, the control of costs and in complying with the established times to achieve the objectives, but beyond all this, the success lies in the experience, the experience that is shared with words and gestures, as well as all the expressions of gratitude.
